First of all, your lying on this review. You didn't pay us YOU paid USHIP!! That was paid in full to them. All the money went to them. We sent you an invoice via paypal for the broker fee but we received no money because remember you filed a claim saying you didn't receive services. That is CREDIT CARD FRAUD. So really your not our customer cause you didn't pay us. Did you know credit card fraud is a crime? We fully intend to file a criminal complaint AND post your name on our website warning other companies not to work with you. You basically had us work for free and got your car moved partially free. You had us find you a driver who picked your car up on time, damage free and in a timely manner. Seriously, I balled in tears because you were screaming and yelling at me on the phone because you wanted us to work for free. I was crying because you were yelling at me while I was boarding a plane putting me in a bad situation for no reason. I was speaking to you from the airport. I obviously care a lot about my customers if I was working on your order from the airport. When I told you that u could wait and we can find you another driver for you at $75 less you screamed at me numerous times DO NOT CANCEL THE DRIVER. DO NOT CANCEL THE DRIVER. You were so SCARY on the phone so so so scary. Why are you complaining when your the one who was in control of paying the $75.00 or not? We booked your order and found you a driver within a few days and delivered in a few days. EVERYONE who reads this will know your just pulling a scam. I fully intend to file a report on you for credit card fraud. You received services and now are trying to get your car moved for free. Anyone who calls me on the phone will hear my professionalism. I am one of the most well respected auto transport companies out there. I am ranked in the top 100 out of more than 600k. Your review is a complete JOKE. You have some real issues in life that go well beyond this. It makes no sense to me that you would not just say no I don't want to pay $75 and say just wait. That's all you had to do.
