This was my first time to ship a car, and to say the least I was overwhelmed at what is involved in shipping a car! Enterprise Auto Transport was not the first broker I spoke to, but Rena was the first person out of all those other brokers who took the time to explain the whole process to me. I asked her a ton of questions and she patiently answered them all. She did a great job of setting expectations, helping me to understand why a low-ball quote would not get the car moved very quickly (if at all), but was willing to work with me if I wanted to try to start on the low side and adjust my quote as needed until it got picked up by a carrier. In the end our price was mid-range and the whole deal went pretty much exactly as she said it would. The next time I need to ship a car I know who to call.
