I was trying to get my car out to California for my daughter within a certain window of time, and the initial company that took my deposit did not come to pick up my car. (This is after I rented a car for my own use to make certain the car was available for transport on the day they told me.)
When I recontacted them, they gave me a second possible day with no guarantee they would get the car, so I had to scramble quickly. Rena Anders was very helpful in facilitating my car's journey across the U.S. to California.
When it arrived in Fresno, for free, she found a person to ship it to my daughter's door.
