I just became aware that I could leave a reply to this review.
Mr. Pavese is correct that his vehicle was damaged during transport and that my previous insurance company denied the claim due to fine print in the policy.
What Mr. Pavese failed to mention was that I reimbursed him for 100% of the damage to his vehicle and that his credit card was refunded 100% for the transport cost.
Enclosed Vehicle Transport has been in business since April 2001 and I pride myself providing great service. I changed my insurance carrier in September 2005 to avoid this in the future.
It was very unfortunate that this happened and I’m very sorry his vehicle was damaged.
