The whole shipment was very well done. The pickup was very prompt, and the shop where the bike was picked up was very positive about the way Dennis handled the pickup. Delivery was on time, and again, Dennis was very helpful with unloading and stowing the bike. He also provided me with good progress updates and an accurate delivery time. The truck and trailer were in excellent condition, the bike was very well secured in the trailer, and it arrived in exactly the same condition it was in when it left.
