This was my first time shipping my classic car, and I went with EVT because Rob Dudley was very responsive and I liked that they were not brokers (and gave military discount). But note that they do act as brokers if they can't get your car on one of their company trucks which was clear upfront. Little more expensive than others but they had better reviews than others as well.
Only a couple of issues that keep me from giving them 5 stars. First issue was their contract driver was given only part of the pick up address, but was easily corrected over the phone. Second issue was EVT gave me the wrong information to put on the cashiers check only to find that out from the driver AFTER I had the check made out. Luckily I was able to get a new check issued in time for delivery. Pick up and delivery were fine except for the times. Driver picked up at 10 pm and delivered at 10 pm which caused some coordination issues with where I was having the car stored. Luckily I was able to work that out. Neverhteless, the contract driver Eli was very responsive, friendly, and helpful.
Overall my car was shipped successfully without any damage, but it was not as smooth a process as I thought it would be for paying over $1,500.
