I had purchased a honda fit from some retirees in southern CA who were on a cruise and left the car with a grumpy guy. ETS was extremely professional in dealing with the grumpy and never available contact person for my new commuter car. Finally they were able to schedule a time convenient for the driver to meet the contact person. The car arrived a day early and Mike at ETS was able to coordinate with the driver to schedule my delivery for later in the day when I was available. All in all, ETS did a great job, this process was a nightmare with the number of companies harassing me for the job but, I'm glad I went with these guys. Keep up the good work!
