I contact them to transport a vehicle from Chicago and the contact guy name was Robert, he find me a driver that didn't pick up the vehicle claiming that there truck broke down and they contact Robert to let them know to cancel the contract, I was never inform of this. Then he find another driver that didn’t pick it up either and my vehicle was gaining storage fees, I call him because of the previous drivers experiences and after finding a 4 driver the price was raised and I end up paying for storage on a vehicle that was supposed to be pick up and when ask on the storage fees that I paid no one answer.
