I reached Byron with Elite Auto Shipping on a Friday after having spoken to auto transport brokers at 5 different other companies. A soon as I began speaking with him, I immediately got the feeling that I was speaking with someone I could trust. We had a simple, straightforward conversation about shipping my recently purchased car from California to North Carolina. Within about a day, he got back to me with confirmation of a shipper who would transport the car in a 2-vehicle enclosed trailer at a cost that was $100 over the price Byron initially quoted. The ultimate price was still the lowest of all the earlier quotes I'd received from other companies. Byron followed up with me to ensure that I was communicating directly with the transport driver en route. The car was delivered the following Tuesday morning in flawless condition. Overall it was a ridiculously painless process and I am as happy as I could be with Byron's honest, competent, professional service. These guys are for real!
