This was our 1st time shipping a car. Our son flew out to Oregon for a new job because he would not have time to drive from Fl. Collecting quotes was frustrating. Companies would quote one thing then as it was time to schedule the pick up, the quote would be inflated by several hundred dollars. ROAD RUNNER was the worse. The man was very rude and told me the car would never get moved. Then I found Scott with ELITE AUTO SHIPPING. I was frustrated and nearly in tears but Scott understood the "games" I had been through. He provided a quote. I asked several times if it would change. Scott assured me the amount would not change. Other companies said it would be 4-5 days before I could get a pickup. Scott had a driver at our door 2 days later. In 6 days our son's car was in Oregon. Scott was always very responsive whenever I got nervous and texted him. He assured me everything would be fine and it was. The car was delivered. The price never inflated and there were no hidden fees. And our driver? He was very polite and thorough with his inspection for the BOL which he emailed me as he finished taking all the car photos. If our son decides to fly back home to Fl, we will definitely reach out to ELITE AUTO SHIPPING again.
