Move went well There were a few confusing moments trying to coordinate me picking the car back up, but I always had someone to reach out to For help. That was probably the biggest point For me—I could call, folks actually picked up the phone and they were very patient in explaining to me the process. Charlie was excellent from the moment we first spoke on the phone until 5 minutes before the driver came up the road with my car. I tried to do my small part—have my phone available and roll with the process as the experts guided me thru it.
