We wanted to ship my mom her Birthday Surprise Gift. A Beautiful used Toyota Camry and I started out with Uship and a company called Montway. We paid for shipping however they never showed up on the day promised. They actually cancelled the pick up because their driver wasn't properly insured. They gave me a run around of excuses. I cancelled that request and went searching for another company that I could trust to get this important delivery done. Well I found Elite Auto Shipping and spoke to Mike. He assured me that he would find a driver and get this done for me for a reasonable price. He lowered my deposit to help me out, kept in contact. Only 1 day went by before he had a driver, date and time of pick up scheduled. Eduardo showed up on time and made this happen for us. I provided him with a goodie basket for the road which he seemed to enjoy :). Upon delivery and since my mom had no idea, Eduardo placed the Really large red bow on the vehicle and was waiting with a smile when my mom turned the corner to staging point. Omg what a Surprise. Mom was crying and hugged Eduardo and thanked him so much. What a Great Experience this was. I will NEVER call Uship or any other shipper again. Thank you Mike and thank you Eduardo ????????????. You both are AMAZING. ??
