Although there were some problems with the pickup time as it was very difficult to coordinate everything from halfway scross the country, Charlie stuck with it, keeping me informed all the way, and even stayed after hours to make sure things were on track. The transport driver was professional and thorough and took great care with my car. I would recommend Elite and a special shout out and thank you to Charlie. You were awesome!
