Why is this a 5-star company? I don't understand it. They never keep thier promises. Ever. We sent our car from Oregon to Tennessee and the driver showed up after 3 days he promised to show. After thousand of callings. Fine. It happens. This company gave us $25 students discount and we have a contract but the driver had different contract so we had to pay $25 more. Paul Moore in Oregon said he could do nothing about it. Ha! We had to pay another $25 more because Paul did not let the driver know final destination(we've mailed and let Paul know the final destination)so we had to. Total $50 more. The driver got our car as a hostage, and said if we get out car we had to pay total $50. What should we do? Paul kept saying ther were nothing he can do.

Paul and the headquarter in Florida never replied to our e-mail. We had to call thousand times but Paul rarley got them. No answers, just avoild phone calls and ignore e-mails. So be careful, this company will charge you more than you sign. Even if you have contract and emails, that does not do anything. I will report BBB(United States and Canada BBB Consumer and Business Reviews) also. Don't waste your money and time. They will certainly shorten your life time because every moment you will get angray and furious.

Thank you for your review. We kept you up to date and you were in full communication with our driver. We addressed the student discount issue days before your car was picked up, which you were aware of and okay with. You changed the delivery address to a location 30 miles away, the day before delivery, from what we originally contracted upon, that's why the driver asked you for the addition money. All in all, your car was delivered to you safe and sound. Glad we were able to help.
