I had a antique 1960s Japanese car that I need transported and no one was interested in picking it up since it is very unknown in America. I contacted Eclipse after attempting to get my car transported by another company. Joan was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the business; she was able to explain how the process worked, and reassure any doubts I had. Not only was Joan able to get a car transporter to pick up the car the same day I called, but she was also knowledgeable in how to list the car on the dispatch to include details of the car instead of just the model name. The previous company only listed the model name of the car, which is meaningless to someone that isn't familiar with about 1960s Japanese cars (most people), and therefore a lot of trucks probably weren't interested before because they didn't know what to expect. The transporter (J&S Transportation) that picked up the car was one she is familiar with and she was able to reassure me with her familiarity with them. They did an excellent job moving my car.

I will definitely contact Eclipse when I have another car that needs to be transported.
