Madhu...We completely understand that this was not what you signed up for and we did work very hard to get this car picked up however about 3-5 % of the loads out there just don't go as planned and your car was on a tough route If we could of reduced the price we most certainly would have but there was just no way to do that for this route..As we stated with you..Your next move will be on the house as far as our fee goes and again we are sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused you or you family
