My husband and I bought a car on ebay and decided to have Eric with ebidtransport ship it to us from NC. We wanted to keep our cost down since the car was not a show piece so we went with an open carrier. There were no open carriers in the area for the window that we wanted to have the car picked up so Eric kicked in the extra 100 dollars from their deposit to make sure we got picked up by the closest carrier during the window which happened to be enclosed. I thought that was a very admirable thing for a company to do just to meet their promises made to us. Thanks Eric I will refer anyone shipping a car to your company!

We have a very strong policy for keeping our promises on our pick up dates and will go above and beyond to make sure that happens even if it take kicking in our own money!
