Misquoted, twice. Wasn't happy with Kirby so I asked his name, he wouldn't give it to me, so I had to call back for him to answer with it. He also wouldn't allow me to talk to a supervisor. He swore at me multiple times, when all I wanted to do was talk to a supervisor. I have a recording to prove it. DON'T use this company. By far the worst customer service I've experienced.
