I submitted a quote request online and received many responses. Easy Car Move was one of them. Most carriers came in at 25 to 30 percent more than Easy Car Move, so I called and Kirby answered the phone immediately. He assured me that the car would be picked up within 5 days at the low price he quoted. My only peeve in the process was on the 4th day. I had not yet heard from him so I got worried and called the office. No one was able to take my call for the entire afternoon and that bothered me. I left a message saying that I was concerned that my car was not picked up yet. By 7:30pm that evening, however, I got a call back from Kirby. He appologized for being swamped at the office and told me he had a carrier for me that evening. The car was picked up a couple of hours later and delivered to Florida right on time. Nothing was charged to my credit card until the car was picked up. Easy Car Move offered me the best price and delivered right on time. During this whole process, other companies kept calling me and assuring me that my car would not move at that price. Some of them were very covincing, saying that they could see my car at the bottom of the dispatch list and that I would have to pay much more to get the car to move. I eventually found this to be a lie because one of them called me AFTER my car had been picked up and said that he could see my car at the bottom of the list. There seem to be a few swindlers in this business, so beware. Overall, I was happy with Kirby. He was calm, direct, and true to his word.
