We recently used this company to transport my mother's car from California to Illinois. The car was picked up the same day I placed the order. This was the week of Christmas so I was expecting to have to wait for a pick up. The driver was very courteous and friendly and was available via cell phone whenever I needed to contact him. We paid for an open transport, but we were pleasantly surpised when the car arrived in front of her house in a closed transport. The price was fair, the customer service was excellent and we would definitely use this company again. The car was dusty but otherwise no damage what so ever.
