First, Easy Auto Ship is a broker. I'm sure if you put your name in the system, your being contact by a dozen broker/shippers. How this works is you place your order, they find a trucker in the area and arrange to have your car/motorcycle/whatever, shipped. So if they find a good trucker, you're going to have a good experience and if it's a bad trucker it may not be as pleasant. In my case my driver was "Zman", he was great! Kept in touch and delivered as promised. As far as Easy Auto, I dealt with "Gail", she was very pleasant, courteous and well informed. She arranged my shipment in a days time and everything went as planned. so I do recommend them.
