Lindsay is outstanding I've dealt with other carriers they never get back to you when you reach out for information.
My situation was not common I ship the car from Naples Florida to New York and another car from New York to Naples Florida or within an extremely tight schedule. Lindsay rose to the occasion.
Both of my drivers had technical difficulties on the trip, I was kept up to date by Lindsay on a blow-by-blow effort.
If a customer is communicated with even in the tough conditions the effort can be salvaged.
Lindsay even communicated with me on her day off. I am honored to notify your corporation of Lindsey's performance, I am positive this was not a fluke and you already know that Lindsay is one of your finest.
Lindsay is a fine example of a well run organization, all of you should be proud.
