This company East Coast Auto Transport MC296071 is the worst. They transported my new car from Florida to Rhode Island in April 2019 and I am still dealing with the fact that they damaged my car in transport and they refuse to pay for it. I have pictures showing my car had no damage on my car when I left it at the terminal in Florida dated 4/19/19 and pictures showing no damage on my rear bumper and when I picked it up in Rhode Island. I noticed the damage to the rear bumper right away. It's about $2000. of damage. Pictures don't lie. When I brought it to the girl's attention, who was signing me out, she was so sassy and told me "well get an estimate", which is what I did. They refuse to pay. They told me they are self insured so if they decide not to pay for damages, so it be They have terrible customer service, so do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.BUYER BEWARE.
