BEWARE OF THIS SCAM

I am a military service member having just moved back stateside from a four year assignment in Germany. I hired this company to transport a vehicle from the port in LA, California to SA, Texas. The customer service representative Rena seemed polite and knowledgeable in the beginning. After making a deposit of 150$, the customer service went south. I was initially guaranteed 2-5 day delivery, which turned to 14 days of the vehicle still not being picked up. Rena actively avoided conversation and when I did finally make contact. He would make excuses and make me feel that my situation was a burden upon his company. After electing to pick the vehicle up myself, Rena promised me a full refund of my deposit. I felt the company should do more because I had to rent a vehicle to cover down on his lack of delivery time. That is another story. I am now almost a month past payment time and have still yet get my deposit back. Rena doesn't return emails or phone calls.
