We contacted the company about moving our vehicle and they gave us a time frame of 5 days for a carrier to pick it up. We received confirmation that everything was in the process and they would contact us again. We never heard another thing. When I wrote to ask if they were unable to complete the assignment, I was sent an email that stated "your cancellation request has been approved". WTF
