Messages left with the company went unanswered. I am out of state and had arranged for the keys to picked up by a third party. I kept being told that the car was being picked up "that afternoon" then days later I find out it wasn't picked up. I had to continually chase after them to do their job. Two weeks later the car is finally picked but is another week later in getting put on a truck to California. I will never use this company again. I would rather pay a lot more for good service. Also the gas tank was half full when I left it parked. It came back empty. Not to mention something like overspray got on the car while they had it and it will not come off. Just incredible how unprofessional these people were.
