Beware, Easy Car Move is nothing but a call center. It was next to impossible to get my car delivered. When I called customer service I was told to work it out with the carrier. When I asked to speak to a customer service manager the phone rep hung up on me. My car was placed in a "storage terminal" until it was convenient for the carrier to deliver it (13 days after pick up). At one point I was told that I would have to go to the terminal to pick it up myself, even though they tell you it's door to door delivery. I received a report from Margo in the dispatch department stating that all went well with the delivery 4 days before my auto was actually delivered. I emailed her and my initial contact Kirby for help and got no response.
