My agent was Bob London. his phone number is: 310-525-2249 or 800-826-1083 ext 2249. He was professional and supportive and helpful. I had previously booked another company, because they were cheaper, and it was a nightmare. DO NOT USE Ship A Car Direct!!! they were horrible, in making promises they couldn't keep, AND did not schedule a Company, on the promised date. I then called Bob London, and he made sure someone picked up my car the very next day, AND, I got my car in TWO DAYS!!!!!!
