I called Dugar looking at their A+ rating at BBB site. I called 1.5 month in advance for my car shipping from Bloomington , IL to CA. He asked to call back again 1 week before. I did. He was very prompt to pickup and driver came on time. The car came in without any scratches. So I am happy I called them.
This is direct carrier no middle man so I didn't have to waste money on the middleman.

If I am planning to ship the car from IL to west or central region again in future I would definitely use their service.
