Great Service, only very minor problem

This was the carrier that I hired, through a broker, to transport my car. Everything went perfectly with only one exception: When I had my first telephone contact with Maria, she told me it would take 7-8 days to deliver my car. Based on the day it was picked up, Friday, I planned to make myself available at any time the following Friday and Saturday to receive the vehicle. The only problem was that it arrived Tuesday morning, three days sooner than expected. While it would otherwise be great to get my car early, the delivery time turned out to be the exact same time that I had an important doctor's appointment! Everything worked out fine though, because the driver was willing to wait for my appointment to finish when I could meet him. Both Maria and the truck driver were professional, courteous, and even flexible in accommodating my doctor's appointment. I take off one star because I really feel that the transporter should be able to provide a more accurate delivery window, or at least contact me more than 24 hours in advance to let me know that the delivery time is going to be different than expected. Also, I should say that the truck driver was very friendly, and took the time to thoroughly review the bill of lading with me upon delivery of the car.
