I booked with this company a MONTH prior to my move - initially felt good about it since the sales rep, Will Brooks, was very quick to respond with email and calls. The week of my move, I received an email stating he's "working on" confirming a transporter and would get back to me. He never did. The day of the move, I had to call him. Instead of apologizing, he condescendingly told me that "this is not like a plane flight - the driver is currently on the road" and couldn't readily pick up his call, and he would give me a 3 hour window once he hears from the transporter. Lies. I never heard back after that. No update, no email or call. The following day I booked with Ship A Car Direct and got a confirmation the day after. The cars were picked up two days later. Don't waste your time with this company unless you enjoy being jerked around. Added to an already stressful move and would NOT recommend them to any one.
