Let me tell you, this industry is super competitive, and reminded me of my last expience when i was shipping a car. It was bad!
But this transport service was the best I have ever used. And I have used a few. Kevin Mathews, the Senior Logistics Manager, was a pleasure to work with. He always returned my calls promptly and answered my emails within the hour. This company didn't ask for any money up front. They kept in contact with me before, during & after the transport of my car from Florida to New Jersey. The car was picked up and delivered when promised. The driver of the transport truck, Joseph, was very professional and polite. He even drove my car into our community in Florida right to my front door. In past deliveries I have had to walk about 1 mile to the community gate to meet the driver there.
I will 100% use this company again.
