I relocated from New York to Houston and decided to ship my vehicle instead of driving- although it seemed like a daunting task, Dynamic helped to set my fears aside and reassured a Dynamic move and experience. The first rep, Jasmine explained the process thoroughly and was not pushy at all. After taking to upwards of 15 companies, i decided to go with Dynamic because of the friendliness, and easy approach as well as great rates !

After i spoke with Jasmine, i was passed along to a number of representatives due to turnover or whatnot, until i landed in the hands of Will Rodriguez. He eased my worries and reassured that he would see my move all the way to the end.- and THAT he did! He was thorough, broke down each aspect of the process and was available ALLLLL times of day to assess my needs. I had a few moments where I freaked at the idea of someone taking my vehicle thousands of miles out of my possession, but just as he had always been, Will reassured me that this process was safe and worry free. He found a driver, Jeph who was also fantastic, thorough and quick. My vehicle was picked up and arrived to Houston in just 3 days! My flight wasn't for a few days after, so the driver held my vehicle for me and delivered when I arrived at no additional costs. The only part of my experience that was unfavorable was being passed along in the beginning due to turnover, which was no ones fault. Vehicle was dirty due to traveling thousands of miles on an open truck duh!

I appreciate the ability to work with Will and if anyone wants to work with a representative who knows their stuff- ask for Will Rodriguez!
