This was our first time to try using a vehicle transport service, and so it got confusing and a bit difficult to choose just one broker after receiving many emails and phone calls from numerous companies. The reason we decided to go with Dynamic was that Justin seemed to be one of the few honest individuals I spoke with. From the estimate he gave me, he told me how much would go to Dynamic and how much would go to the actual carrier/transport company. I also liked that Dynamic didn't charge a pre-order "deposit"- Although they do get credit card info to put customers on the chosen carrier's schedule, they didn't actually charge my card until the day the cars were picked-up by the carrier. I also liked the convenience of being able use text messaging to communicate with our rep, Justin. Even before we officially signed-on with Justin and Dynamic, Justin went the extra mile (which pleasantly surprised me!) when he said he called some carriers to find-out if any of them would be willing to accept the transport and for the amount he was trying to get for us. The other brokers I spoke with just kinda said "well, this is the typical amount for the transport you need", whereas Justin actually told me something like "I was able to call some carriers our company works with, & I found someone willing to transport on the dates you want, but he wants $WXYZ" <- by doing that, I felt like he was providing us really good customer service. On pick-up night, we had a bit of an issue with the driver/carrier wanting to charge extra, even saying that they would leave our vehicles behind &/or not let them off the carrier if we didn't agree to also pay the extra fee that they wanted to charge on top of the original agreed-upon amount. But Justin handled the situation professionally and with flair, and he represented us well, resulting in a fair and favorable outcome for us. I would also like to add that it wasn't the cost of the extra amount that the carrier was charging that bothered us (because it wasn't a crazy amount), but it was more the feeling that they were trying to con us by accepting the transport in the first place but then really wanting to charge more somehow, and so then they try to find a way to tack-on extra charges after they've already got you trapped into using their service. Anyway, Justin was easy to talk to, he was polite and straightforward, he didn't call excessively, he found us a transport carrier, and he got us results! Thank you, Justin! When we move again in around two years, we know who to call to find transport for our vehicles. Take care, Justin, I hope you are able to help many more people!
