Mary, was very hands own and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable about transporting my vehicle from Fort Hood, Tx to Houston, Tx. She was very understanding since I had never transported a vehicle before. She answered all my questions and made sure that everything within her power was done correctly and expeditiously. Also, the driver that pick up my vehicle acted in the same manner, making sure that where it was to be delivered was kept informed.
