I got exactly what I wanted. I had a price in mind and that is what they offered. Up until then I spent two weeks of haggling with other transporters that were atleast $400 more. This representative was easily reached and available for communication. He coordinated the driver promptly and the rest with the driver went smoothly. Overall, I was very pleased.
