I had a great experience overall, the broker who contacted me at first (Robert) worked hard to get me the lowest price by posting my request himself online for drivers to find. I was contacted by a truck within an hour, and got my car on the road in another 3 hours that very same day. He texted me throughout to ensure I was kept in the loop, which was greatly appreciated. Also of note, I got over a dozen quotes after I agreed to what he negotiated for me, and none of them matched the price I got, so I was satisfied with the price (apparently it was peak season to do Florida -> Virginia, which is why it was so comparatively expensive)

The car got to where it was supposed to be on time. It was also picked up on time. No damage that I could see. You can't really beat that.

The only minor issue (and the reason I didn't give the company the maximum 5-star rating) was that the driver himself didn't really seem to speak much English. Now, he was very nice, friendly, and professional, but that's still potentially problematic. Since there were no problems, this wasn't really an issue, but if I had had a dispute over damages, this could have been problematic.
