First, I chose Derrick over other car transport movers was because he was straight to point. He didn't sound like a car salesperson begging for your money. He broke down the cost and explained the process like a normal person. His salesmanship is very similar to mine. Plain and simple he was honest. I had to make an emergency trip from AZ to FL and gave a Derrick a only a day notice. He bent over backwards to meet my needs. He found the best prices. He explained every option he offered me. Communication was excellent! He replies instantly via phone call/email/text. Big plus for texting me! My driver was friendly and prompt! Early for pick up and drop off. I received my car in 3 days in perfect condition. Overall, Derrick made my hectic emergency trip a smooth sail. I would definitely recommend Dynamic Auto Movers again! Thank you Derrick.
