DuoFast was fast to take my deposit but then disappeared. Several calls & emails went unanswered over a three-week period. Found another company that delivered the vehicle. Requested refund & had to wait 5+ weeks, and then they withheld more than 30% of the deposit without ever mentioning that beforehand. They also added a nuisance fee of $5 to the original deposit without mention of that. Unpleasant and argumentative. They have an excuse for everything. Stay away!

This is not our customer. We don't take a deposit upfront. This person has us confused with another company.
