Helllo i had about a dozen transport companys contact me when i needed my silverado transported from oh to mi and i picked duo fast because they we the lowest in price for the transport. my sales rep was Robert gray which at first he would agree and tell u every thing u want to hear. i was told it would only cost me 130.00 for the transport of my vehical and that it would be picked up on the date requested. well two days before the date of pick up i call robert gray and just wanted to make sure that pick up was as schedule he said yes and that their was already a driver lined up to pick p up truck and assured me that my truck would be here the evening of my pick up date well the date came and i called robert gray to find out a pick up time he said that have not for a driver to pick u the truck but was for sure that it would be picked up the night so i waited called back later on that night the truck was still not picked up robert told me it was out of his hands that he was just a sales person then he transfered me over to his supposely dispatch manager wesley davis which completely acted like a **hole he told me he would call me back first thing in the morning so i waited again when it was about noon the next day i decided to call him sense he never called me i spoke to robert bc he was out of the office he told me that they could nt find a driver that thy qouted me to low and that mabe i needed to go up another hundred so i did just to get my vehical but please READ THESE PEOPLE NICE UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEN THEY CAN CARE LESS I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THEM AGAIN .
