Duo-Transport called and apologized for the difficulty we had trying to get our vehicle transported. There was an employee that was let go because of the under bidding which caused not only our problem but problems for other customers who also canceled. The company has gone out of their way to apologize and to give us an explanation of what the problems were and offered to make it right anyway possible. I wish the company well, calling and explaining went a long way. Good Luck
