Very nice and personable,fast and curtious. Lets you know when, where and how, will keep you informed all the way. he called me and said time of pickup and then again at time of pickup to tell me when he would have the car at my place. All the times given to me were very prompt. Very clean vehicle and trailer. Rick even checks for leaks to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted.Rick even drove back an hour After delivery to help me out with a situation. I realize he did not have to do that,but he did'nt even hesitate. I would recommend Dream car connections to anyone who wants a delivery professional to deliver your car from point to point, with no unloads or transfers. A+++++
