After using several different shippers I can say that Dana & Rick are the absolute best. The only thing that was not exactly as stated, was his arrival time was about 15 minutes "early". They kept us completely up to date in every respect. We had just used another car carrier who did not do anything they said when they said they would do it, making the experience completely frustrating. Dealing with Rick was an excellent experience, I only wish I could find people like Dream Car Connections to deal with on other things.
