Transporter and Agent Conflict Affects Customer

I contracted with EZ Auto Movers, paid them a Depost and had a contract for the balance. EZ-Auto obtained DOVES Transport to actually transport the vehicle. Doves Transport wanted $100 over the amount I contracted for. I referred them back to EZ Auto after showing them my contract and how much I was supposed to pay. They attempted to Deliver the car in 3 Days, showing up on a Sunday wanting the $100 additonal dollars in CASH (BANKS CLOSED). They wanted the money from the Customer and not the Agent EZ AUTO because they had problems getting paid. The kept the Car for 2 weeks until they received their money from EZ AUTO.

This was Terrible customer service. The customer should not be impacted by Transporter/Agent agreements. I was put in the middle their problem, which became my problem because MY CAR WAS BEING HELD FOR $100.
