Great transport company

I got short notice from my work to ship the company brand new Camaro demo car from Denver to California (5 days before pick up date).
I got quotes from 6 different transport companies and chose Door-to-Door because they are the first one to reply with the least expensive quote.
They got a driver called me on Monday 10/05, 3 days before the scheduled pick up date, Wednesday 10/07 and told me he wanted to pick it up right away or on Tuesday 10/06. I told him I can't because the car is not ready for pick up.
He could not wait because he had 3 other cars with him.
I called Door-to-Door to inform and requested for another driver and was promised
for a new driver for Wednesday 10/07/09.
On late Tuesday 10/06 we still did not get confirmation for the new driver.
I became nervous because we could not stay longer than Wednesday.
Finally the new driver called us in the morning of 10/07 picked our car
and delivered it sooner than we expected.
I wish Door-to-Door better make sure that the driver knows the earliest date and time our car was ready for pick up not to waste our time with the first driver.
I would highly recommend this company to others because they kept their promise
to provide us with the new driver in time and with good service.
