I purchased a car in CA and had it shipped to GA. I spoke to Roy and the big selling point was the promise of communication. I was told I would get an e-mail with pictures of the vehicle when it was picked up and would be given updates. None of that happened until I called the transporter directly and they provided updates; Roy never did. Once the I gave my payment Roy pretty much stepped out of the picture. The good was it was picked up the day they promised; the bad was poor communication and the day for delivery being pushed out. In fact, they wanted to deliver the vehicle an hour away from the agreed to point of delivery.
