Let me summarize my experience in one word- FANTASTIC. From my first contact through several conversations to the final delivery this morning, 9/3/15, far ahead of schedule, JR has been great to work with. He was always very polite, very knowledgeable, and a great listener. Since we were leaving town on business trip on 9/10, I asked if possible for the car to delivered before that date. JR not said that he would work on it. Not only did he come back committing an early delivery but he greatly exceeded our expectations by having the car delivered this morning, 9/3, to Richmond, VA. To put this in perspective, I purchased the car on Sunday evening, 8/31, and purchased the delivery. Monday JR and I discussed the arrangements, pickup address in FLA, and delivery details which included my request. JR came back on Tuesday with shipper details and the car would be picked up either Wednesday or Thursday . Well it was picked up Wednesday afternoon in St. Petersburg, FLA area. The car was delivered and picked up about 10:30 am this morning, 9/3.

I highly recommend Door to Door and especially JR for your car transport and shipping needs. I would also recommend that you call them directly. Overall, my experience far exceeding my expectations and I believe the cost was very reasonable. The car arrived in excellent condition with no issues at all- not even a scratch.
