Door to Door (Roy) was unfortunately not the the first transport we contracted to pick up our Nissan Armada from Dallas, Texas and deliver it to Tampa, Fl. The first was a total joke and wasted our time. Because of that we were very weary of getting another transport company. But I am so glad I trusted Roy. He kept in constant contact with me through the whole process. I knew the cost upfront and it never changed. Once my car was picked up, he put me in touch with the driver's right hand woman, Susie, who was just as fantastic as Roy. I would use Roy again no hesitation. Great customer service and honest. Thank you Roy for all your hard work and for getting my car to me in the exact same condition as it was at pick up.
