Overall, I was very happy with the service I received. JR was on top of it. He called back right away, made me feel at ease and was in total control. Very professional. The only thing I wasn't happy about is the driver picking up the cars was not in communication about being tardy to pick up the cars or his delivery time. However, he was very professional, efficient and polite both when he picked up the cars and dropped them off. I will definitely use this company and their services again.
