Alex and Julia,

I was very satifsied with your service of transporting my brand new 2013 Subaru Outback from Kentucky all the way to California. It was a stressful time for me, it is a long way and I didn't know what to expect.

The service was nice and friendly.
I work in the field of supply chain and logistics myself and certainly understand that delays can happen during transportation. My car was delivered in 6 days, I was expecting it in 4 like promised at the beginning. It wasn't a big problem but something I wanted to point out.My suggestion to you for improvement is track and trace communication to the customer.
